Some of the staff there are filipinos and was glad to meet and chat with them. One of the staff knew my family back home. We have common friends as well.

Such a simple and good hotel. It has everything you would expect and more. Extremely kind and helpful staff this is for sure my chosen place to stay at Jasper. Many different types of rooms make it easier to accommodate any type of family.

Our family of 4 had a great stay at the hotel! The room was the standard 2 queen bed room. It was tastefully updated, perfectly clean, and had lots of storage for our bags. The included breakfast was great— it had a few hot items and lots of cold items. A great way to start the day’s adventures! Check in was easy and check out was quick and smooth with friendly staff. We came with a big truck in the evening and we were able to find on-site parking. Would recommend.

Not happy with the stay, diappointing. They charged $25 for my son (15 year old)to stay with us, even though i booked double queen room which sleeps 4, and we are a family of 3. It was never mentioned that i had to pay extra at the time of booking for taking my kid with me, and the hotel management are heartless for charging us extra, even if it $25. Horrible.

Rooms have lot of space, giving the impression to be in an little appartment with almost everything you need, but we disliked : - to hear a lot of noises from upstairs and around (we were at the first floor right beside the checkin lobby); -no « phone shower » that would be useful with kids and; - after breakfast, we went outside the site to explore the city in the morning, and when we come back to our room to do our check out : there was already someone inside cleaning the place, even if we had put on the door the card « please not disturb » - we feel really kicked out and unconfortable with the fact that we hadn’t pick up all of our things yet.
