The hotel is obviously older, but it has been nicely refurbished. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfy. The heat in the first room we were given did not work, so the helpful desk clerk brought us a space heater. When kids in the room above us were relentlessly jumping up and down, the desk clerk moved us to a second story room. The website says "ample parking," which is a bit of exaggeration. There are a few parking spots at the hotel but those are reserved for people who have booked suites. There are some parking spots along the street in front, but only during certain hours. There is a public lot not far away, but that's very inconvenient when unloading luggage.

Great location but hotel is very dated, dark inside, and old. Hotel is located where all the Jasper action is with lots of shops and restaurants. Hotel is very pricey for the rooms. My family stayed here for one night. Pretty town. Parking is on property but a little tight.
