Beautiful place. Very spacious while travelling with family. Would stay here again.

The rooms are large, clean and suitable for families. The location is beautiful with snow capped mountains, it is relaxing and enjoyable.

Pretty decent hotel. Excellent location but a little bit outdated. The rooms were large and well equipped with a kitchen and everything you will need if you're traveling What I didn't like was the fact that none of the windows in our room had any type of security or protection there was no screens there were no child safety mechanisms in place on any of the windows which made it easy for the children to fall out if they got too close. However the resort is in the perfect location and it's perfect for groups traveling together who want quick and easy instant access to the slopes. But if you are traveling with children please be careful around the windows. Overall the place is a little bit outdated and it hasn't been renovated since it was opened over 24 years ago however it is in fairly decent condition overall.

Beautiful setting and great suite for our family of 5. We will definitely stay here again!

Good room sizes for larger family stays. Clean. The location is run down and a bit tired but overall I’d stay again.

The loft rooms have plenty of space (including a small kitchen) and for a family or 4 nobody has to share a bed! Multiple hot tubs on the property and a pool. Staff was friendly.

Lovely location right on the ski hill. In the summer we walked up several trails and paths, very quiet in between seasons. Pool was not working, very sad for our 6 kids that were looking forward to the pool, but it was a fairly small pool anyway. Fernie town pool was fabulous. Saw a bear outside our lodging. Our condo was big and well equipped, slept us all comfortably. There was no one to bring us fresh towels or coffee, we had to go down to the office and request towels, sugar , coffee, toilet paper and even a garbage bag. The gave us 1 garbage bag and 2 packets of sugar, I thought they were very stingy. We didn't need room cleaning just restocking for our 6 days there. % minute drive to town and close to lots of hiking trails. Our river rafting trip was cancelled due to high water with lots of floating debris, we were very sad about that too.

Beautiful room and the Cirque restaurant is always so good! Our kids spent a lot of time in the pool, so my only comment for improvement would be the pool area - the kids had scratched up feet after playing in the pool from the rough surface - maybe lining needs to be refinished.

Beautiful lodge, perfect for a family gateway. Loved the easy access to chair lift, friendly staff and amazing views all around.
