Good hotel for family

Amazing staff. They went out of there way to help us after what looked like a busy day for them. Room was exceptionally clean, and pool was wonderful for kids

Loved the patio area. Safe for kids and pets.

Jessica and Bith were awesome - I had messed up my booking and Jessica went above and beyond to help me and my two kids fix the booking and my mistake. So thankful for them taking care of us quickly and painlessly and finding me a room despite my mistake!Thanks again to you both!

Had a great 1 night stay here with my family! Clean, comfortable, and everyone was so welcoming! The restaurant was AMAZING!!!!!

We were there during a very busy weekend and the hotel was completely booked. They placed us in room 202, which is close to the elevator and is also right next to the stairwell. Both nights we stayed we get very little sleep because we heard nothing but people going up and down the stairwell. We have a small child, so it was less than ideal. The staff themselves were very kind and the property was clean; however, given the cost of the room, it wasn't worth it.

I haven’t stayed in a Best Western in years. This hotel was great. Rooms were very clean. If you are traveling with kids, this hotel is perfect. Nice indoor pool with a huge water slide. Only complaint I have is the darkness of the hallways.

The hotel room for our family was fantastic. Our only gripe was how cold the pool water was.

Great for families...staff was super friendly and helpful.

HA Motorcycle Club was posted up outside the hotel when we arrived. Blocking the entrance with their bikes, passed out drunk in the lobby, sitting in lawn chairs and pressure washing their bikes where you needed to pull in making any cars that entered have to awkwardly maneuver around them. Easily 50+ bikes/riders in total. The room had been obviously broken into previously, multiple things were broken in the room. The staff was nice enough, but there was definitely an odd vibe about the whole place. We checked in and decided to leave shortly after. We had young kids and felt it wasnt worth staying giving the circumstances.
