Everything was very good. The only issue I had was when I checked in. I had to wait about 5 minutes (approx) while the desk clerk was in the next room singing Old MacDonald had a farm - I assume to her child. Just found that to be a little unprofessional

Staff we very kind. But sometimes hard to find. Hotel/Rooms were unbelievably dirty. I bathed my kids then they walked out of the bathroom and by the time they got to the bed, their soles were black. I took a cloth and had to clean the floors as I couldnt handle how dirty they were anymore. Let’s just say you would have sworn that white cloth was a black cloth after! Now, I have to say, considering the price they charge for a room compared to other hotels in the area, I guess that should be factored in. All in all, good price, but you get what you pay for. It was “ok”.

The room in this hotel was absolutely spotless. It was a welcome relief after having been on the road and seeing some scary places. The breakfast was delicious and included real scrambled eggs (no powder) and the yummy savoury crepes filled with potatoes. Real juice, not sugar water. The family that owns it is Indian, and they have a delicious Indian dinner menu as well.

I’m usually a 4/5 star kinda gal but my family and I LOVE this hotel for pit stops when travelling back and forth between AB and BC. It’s super clean, quiet, comfy beds and the owners of this family run business are so friendly! Thrilled with the addition of their new restaurant. A full menu but the East Indian dishes are amazing!! You can even get room service! For a 2.5 star hotel it’s impressive!
