Accommodated us to check in a little early. Parking was not expensive and with the pass we could park close by. Great place to stay if visiting kids going to UBC. It is a large campus so lots of walking. Clean, modern and relatively quiet.

A lovely stay. Foot noise from above was a little loud in the morning, but it sounded like they had a hyper child, so really no one’s fault there. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for 4 days in June 23 during a visit with family and friends on Vancouvers West Side. Nice suite but the sofa / furnishings are a bit firm and surprisingly, TV had no Canadian news channel but carried FoxNews.

The toilet flush valve was broken. You had to wait 20 minutes between flushes for the tank to fill which was inconvenient for a family of four. The front desk was notified. They said they would fix it but it was broken our entire stay. Once filled, the toilet continue to run. You could hear it like a leaking tap all night long.

Excellent accommodation for single person just looking for short term getaway, or for a family on Vacation in the Vancouver area. Front desk service, room cleanliness, linen, etc. all excellent. Transport hub nearby if public transport is needed. A bit pricy but good value for your money.
