The Parker Hotel was a great stay. Perfect location for a family stay in the city for a couple of nights. The rooftop lounge was lovely and had great dirty martinis! Della was a very friendly and accommodating server. It was a perfect night cap. Rooms are quite small but had everything we needed. Just a bit cozy. We’ll be back.

I liked the quiet. The staff was attentive. The valet, an older gentleman was really attentive and worked very efficiently. The restaurant area was very clean and bright. The food was good and the staff was very polite. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is in a great location. Should note that I also picked this hotel because they indicated that they provide cribs as I was traveling with a 4 month old. This hotel actually provides a pack and play, essentially a play pen for a crib. There is no mattress or sheets for it either. Just the plastic base for the play pen (not something my baby could sleep in). Had to think on our feet for an alternative sleeping arrangement for baby.

Good experience. I got me and my family double bed double rooms stay. Maybe I try getting a better room with a view for my longer stay. For one night it was good enough. Thankyou.

We were booked to stay at the parker hotel from Oct 18-21, 2023 for the upcoming PINK concert last month. Getting a great deal $1200 for 3 nights. We got to the hotel for check in on Oct 18 at 11 pm, however, the parker cancelled our reservation without informing us, which they said they did. I received no cancellation email and they couldn’t provide a copy of the email at the hotel. I was still receiving text messages and hotel emails for our upcoming stay at the hotel the day beforehand. There were no rooms left as per the front desk, especially cause PINK was in town and they were now booked soiled charging $700 a night. We were left scrambling with a family of 4 at midnight to find other accommodations. Very unprofessional and disappointing with the parker! Would never book here again.

The best hotel, the staff let us check out late (4pm) no charges. They were so considerate to our family. Very clean and the bed was comfortable,

The staff was friendly, especially Wagner, who had a lot to say about the area when he gave us a ride downtown to shop. The hotel itself was just ok. Beds weren’t comfortable, the furnace was super loud, the door to the bathroom was inches from the toilet, so it as difficult to have more than one person in the bathroom at one time (we’re a family of 4), our room kept losing power due to a beaker tripping (because of the portable heater we were given due to the loud furnace). Overall our stay was just ok.

Weve stayed here a few times. We like the proximity to downtown and bc childrens/womens hospitals. Always clean and friendly staff. Would stay again.

If you are to stay in the downtown area, excellent spot. Great central location for the downtown area. Not a 5 star. But a great older hotel. Due to construction, it was very noisy about 7am and all day. Staff was very pleasant. Decor definitely outdated but appears to they are renovating. Not really a family type hotel. Would stay again.
