The property was close to the people we were there to visit and well located to the waterfront, Stanley Park and Robson Street restaurants and shopping. We had to leave a day early due to a family illness but were unable to get credit back for the night we did not use.

The double standard rooms were small for a family of 4 with luggage. Very basic, but clean and well placed hotel for exploring Stanley Park and downtown Vancouver.

Arrived to the hotel earlier than expected and upgraded to a premium room for $60 more. The view was amazing. Room and bathroom were clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Loved our stay at this hotel. Lots of walkable restaurants and the waterfront is so close. Rooms/beds are really comfortable and the pool is great, especially with kids. Highly recommended. The only thing that could possibly be improved for families with kids is a place to eat at the hotel if we order takeout.

For the first time in all our travel, the room was not ready even though the check-in time was supposed to be 3pm. We had to wait to check-in and it was a huge inconvenience for us as we were traveling with children and guests. We were very disappointed with the late check-in time.

The staff has double standards in dealing with guest. I got the impression that there is racism in this hotel. When I asked for a water bottle as my kids were thirsty; I have been told to go and buy from outside although they give two water bottles to white laddies. Also, when I arrived the hotel, no one provided any help with the baggage until I asked for that. However, they were very helpful and friendly to the white group ahead of me. I’d never book this hotel in the future.

One of the most pleasant hotels I have ever stayed at, truly. My criticisms are limited to some stained carpet in the lobby elevator hall, a wobbly chair leg in our room, and construction noise outside the hotel (which obviously is outside their control)—oh, and the kitchenette had no dishes in it, we had to borrow plates from the restaraunt. The sound insulation inside the building is excellent. The pool is small and shallow, but adequate to entertain my kid. The hot tub was hot! The staff were all extremely polite and unobtrusive. The room was spacious and beautiful. The bed was firm but comfortable, the pillows floofy but not the kind that deflate overnight. The Washlet was a lovely touch from APA and part of the reason I chose this hotel over other similarly priced places. Really, a lovely experience.

Nice place, clean customer service was good. Had a roll away bed but our room wasn’t allowed to have one, which was odd. My 17 yr old didn’t like sleeping with 4 yr ol sister. NO SHUTTLE TO AIRPORT very inconvenient had to pay $70 for two cabs (family travel)!
