Could not be better situated for a stay over before a flight. Super friendly restaurant staff who kept the breakfast buffet well stocked. Comfy beds. Great for families.

Close to the airport- but hotel was gross- the carper in our room had wet spots, the staff was rude- the shuttles for the next morning were full so we had to take a cab, drunk person in the lobby and security did nothing - my kids were scared- we will never go back there

failure to clear the parking lot of snow Management should have appropriate safety measures in place to prevent loss or harm to guests ( remove snow from parking lots). I spent $400.00 I expected a clean safe room for my family. When I see the HIlton brand, it should be expected to have a property meet certain standards . On another note, the cleaning staff inadvertently overlooked removing a used bar of soap from the shower. Respectfully

Comfy beds, good breakfast. Not a lot to do for families in the hotel or area but good spot for a quick stay in your travels. Careful to get the correct shuttle from the airport though … Hampton by Hilton be just Hilton (this was purely user error but read the shuttle signs properly and you should be ok).

Arrived with a large group before 3pm check-in. Rooms allocated to 10 members of the group (3 rooms and 2 rooms) before 3pm. I reserved 2 rooms and was issued 1 one room. Waited until 3 before 2nd room was available. Checked twice on availability of 2nd room. On 2nd trip down another family checked in. Allocating rooms on first come basis was not apparent.

Our room was still with trash when we openned the sofa bed. It’s loud at night. Worst is that the east indian kitchen girl was extremely rude to my kids! She was making side comments to my kids while we were getting our breakfast! Will never come back in this hotel!

No locks for bathroom - so not good for family travel; roadwork through the night very loud and could not sleep a wink - probably bad timing but did not serve our purpose as we were trying to crash after a long day. The room itself was also a little congested.

Room is very clean and comfortable bed. Staff are very helpful and the buffet breakfast was great. My kids loved the waffles! The bed spreads are a little bit old and with lint on it but clean.

The hotel was very clean and sleek, but there were several things that fell far short of satisfactory. When I booked the room well in advance I requested a room on the opposite side of the approaching landing airplanes and specifically for a room NOT near children. They failed on both counts. The bathroom was clean and modern but every single light in the bathroom was controlled by one switch, so super super bright and a total waste of electricity, how and the hell this passed Vancouver's new building permits and codes for being eco friendly is beyond my imagination. The staff at the front desk was not friendly and could not speak english very well. I'm all for immigration, but a hotel in a predominantly english speaking country to hire front desk employees who deal with the customers directly, I would expect that speaking english fluently would be a requirement. Finally, what gives with that shower?? I'm only 185lbs (thin) nearly 6 ft tall and I was smacking my elbows into the handicap rail and the sliding door rail because the entire width of the shower was only about 3 ft, if that. I can't imagine how uncomfortable it must be for someone who is overweight, if they can fit in the shower at all.
