Clean room, comfy beds, lovely staff. Great little family restaurant next door. My only complaint is that the air conditioner would occasionally make a loud “clunk” noise.

Staff was amazing. Even provided packing tape for my boxes! Best of all they welcomed out parrot who was travelling with us while many other hotels said no to our feathered family member. Keep up the amazing work folks!

Top notch customer service staff was very attentive and accommodating to our needs and made sure our stay was comfortable The facilities where very conveniently set up very welcoming close to the airport and they have a shuttle which was very helpful Our room was quiet and a perfect set up the pillows that everyone is raving about are the most comfortable pillows I have ever slept on not kidding We enjoyed our stay and for the price and high level of service will stay at accent inn again when in the Vancouver area

Excellent economic option for our family. Small kitchenette allowed us to cook during our children’s sport tournament. Laundry on site was a bonus

Comfortable beds, clean and quiet. Has gym, food and play area for kids. Good parking and easy ride to airport. Will even cover cost of taxi if shuttle not running!

Convenient location. Lots of parking and felt safe. They were able to let me check in early which was nice for the kids to get their naps in. The only down side. Our room was quite dirty. There was hair everywhere especially the bathroom. None the less. Good enough for one night stay.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. I didn’t care for the large connect four game right under our balcony that some kids were playing until just before 10:00 pm while we were trying to go to sleep before a very early flight the next morning.

Staff were courteous, professional and helpful. I arrived about 1 and 1/2 hours prior to check-in, the staff provided me with a room that was more than suitable for my needs and the needs of my family.
