Very clean room, staff was great and gave us our room extra early since we arrive from our cruise in the am. Only downside there is no onsite restaurant, or anything within walking distance with kids.

Late night arrival with a child (2am) this hotel offered a shuttle service (which was out of service but they comp the taxi rates on arrival). We needed a place to stay between Vancouver travels and this was perfect. Middle of the night check in was quick and efficient. Room was what we needed. Received a food credit as part of my reservation with Expedia and was able to apply it to the coffee shop for our breakfast. Hotel is undergoing some renovations so attention to detail is placed with notice advising of upgrades... Pool was still closed - but we didn't have time to enjoy it anyway. Overall a great airport hotel option (8mins drive) Recommended!

This property does not have a shuttle; however they right their wrong but paying for your cab. Learned this upon arrival, and the person on the phone was so rude. Eventually made it with our toddler (didn’t have a car seat as we were banking on the shuttle) The hotel was very clean and the rest of the staff we encountered was so wonderful. The bed was very comfy the only loud thing was the a/c inside the room.
