Not kid friendly at all

Always have a great time when we stay! Pool is the highlight for our kids. Wish room service menu had kid friendly food like toast or cereal.

The room itself was nice; however, the other amenities at the hotel were lacking. The slide to the swimming pool was under repair. The men’s and women’s bathrooms to the fitness center were under repair. There was limited gym equipment…not bad but a treadmill and step machine was under repair. Also, children are not allowed in the casino and so my daughter was unable to eat at the food court. That left takeout to the room of the expensive buffet as choices. Other than a clean and comfortable room and good staff, I was disappointed in the resort itself.

We paid $1,000.00 for one night for 2-rooms. We were very unhappy with the amenities, these were not as showcased when we booked the rooms. We were put in their River Rock South building which is run-down and in need of a make-over. Our view was of train tracks. We had children under the age of 18 who were not allowed entrance to the food court because the food court was located in the casino. There were no restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel that we could walk to (we had no vehicle as were were traveling home after a cruise) We were told to use room service. There were no dry/clean towels in the pool area. The jacuzzi was not functioning nor was the water slide into the pool. There was a strong odor of chlorine. Needless to say, we did not use the pool facilities. We chose this hotel due to the online advertising through Expedia, the amenities, and its proximity to the airport (there is no shuttle service - the airport was 4 minutes away). On a scale from 1 to 10 we would give River Rock Casino Resort a 3.

It’s a great place to stay there’s something for everyone in the family and close to Vancouver!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The in-room coffee was amazing. The pool was unexpectedly noisy and full of kids with a lot of under 12 year olds unsupervised in the hot tub. Overall a great place to stay and convenient to everything.

Great hotel for kids - they loved the pool. Also very convenient having access to the Canada Line and walking distance to the Richmond Night Market.

Great place , family injoyed it , only thing is i wosh the slide was open in the pool for my kids .

Too bad the water slide wasn’t working during our entire stay. My kids were a bit disappointed. Other than that, the hotel is very nice and convenient and so close to the Richmond night market.

Property was great except the pool slide was closed and that’s why we booked this hotel… we had our kids with us.. had they notified us, we would have been able to manage expectations better.
