Always have a great time when we stay! Pool is the highlight for our kids. Wish room service menu had kid friendly food like toast or cereal.

Nice, clean & convenient location. We had a suite for our family of 4. We were short one towel but didn’t get one till the next day since hospitality left by the time we realized it after dinner. We also only had one bar of soap for hand & body. Asked for another the next day. The pool slide wasn’t working the 2 days we were there & they were out of pool towels Saturday. Family enjoyed the casino & walk to the night market. It’s easy to get around Richmond & downtown Vancouver because of its convenient location. Would stay here again.

I would highly recommend the River Rock Casino Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Vancouver. The amenities, dining options, and service are all top-notch, and the location is ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The fact that they can accommodate special requests like baby cribs makes it a great option for families as well. The resort exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you!

Hotel was clean, staff were polite. Valets were the highlight as they were extremely friendly. Wouldn’t recommend for people with kids personally was hard to get into the Buffett and kids can’t go into the casino to access the other two restaurants. Pool was neat (main reason we booked) but very cold. Room was nice enough, sad that the hotel is under an air traffic pathway so planes fly over constantly. Didn’t have a fitted sheet on our bed they used a top sheet instead. I would say for what I paid it wasn’t worth the value.

Our room was sufficiently clean, self parking was free, and my kids enjoyed the pool but the windows in our room were filthy, the desk chair and sofa were in poor condition, one of the elevators in the casino tower was out of order (and, according to another guest had been for multiple days before we had arrived), and there was trash piling up in multiple outdoor garbages as well as in the parking garage. The elevator being out of order was especially inconvenient as there was a dance competition over the weekend that we stayed so the hotel was fairly full. It wasn’t a horrible stay but I probably would not stay again.
