Friendly service, close to airport, close to restaurants and other amenities. Decent free breakfast. Would recommend to family and friends.

Very dated room with large storage shelves most likely room used as long term use by family. Bath sink is cracked and finish of tub is bad.

Horrible experience I am actually sleeping in the hotel tonight and my sheets have dirty old blood stains so gross I tried calling room service and the front desk but no one's answering I'm alone with my sleeping kids when I noticed this so I can't even go to front desk to complain they also arnt answering their phones I'm sad I spent money to sleep in a dirty bed

I have been to many hotels, but this one won the price as the dirtiest. I booked two rooms for my family and I, and both rooms were absolutely disgusting. One of the room had an actual mushroom (yes, a mushroom!) growing in one of the walls. At least the front desk was able to change us to a different room. I would never stay in this place again.

The staff was great and helpful and i loved that you could have your pet with you. However check out was at 11am and my flight wasnt till 10pm so i had a huge time gap to fill in and i was not from the area nor did i have a car to keep myself busy for that amout of time plus i had a child with me. I know other hotels allow you to exstend your stay at a price however they wanted to charge me 320 for a whole new reservation. That seems excessive. But it was good they allowed us to check out and kept our bags for us and allowed us to still use the shuttle service. Overall i was happy

Rooms were big and comfortable although the air unit’s placement in the room made it hard to cool the living room area wheee my children slept. Some homeless in the back of the hotel….area not clean.

Ended up changing rooms 3 times in one night as there is NO water coming through the faucet of first two rooms. This wasted my family's time after a long day. It was more insulting when the front desk staff suggested he gave me an upgrade while the rooms looked the same. When paying close to 200 CAD I think it's not too much to ask for a functioning bathroom. Regret not choosing the holiday inn across the street for a few dollars less.

Good Staff: Staff are nice and helpful. "Roshan" help me to leave the luggage for the night flight. "Mark" help me to print kids' breading Pass. Multi Language can be used in this hotel. e.g. Chinese, Japanese, Korean. Good Locatio: Near to YVR airport, 15 mins by provided shuttle, 12 mins walk to Sky Train, 3 mins to Costco. Cleanliness: Aged Hotel with clean property and bedding feel comfortable. Good Price: Very good price in Richmond. Breakfast is included. Tea Bag, Coffee, Bread and fruit are from Costco, for this price, provide this. How to make complaints. Special Thanks to "Roshan" and "Mark". I am a Marriott member but I will come to Abercon Inn again. SEE U !!!

We arrived to the hotel earlier than the check in time, they allowed me to stay , prior pay of an extra $58. The electricity went out mid afternoon, nobody knew when it was coming back. I left and came back around 10 pm. No electric yet, since my room was on the 2 and floor, I asked for a candle or something to see going up the stairs which were pitch black. And I was with two small children. I was told to use my phone light. Since I had been unable to charge it during the day, my phone was off. So I had to take the stairs guiding us by touching the walls. The electricity finally came around 1 am. Ni apologizes or offer of a discount or anything. I was told that’s what I have insurance forr. I understand that the electricity can go for many reason but at least be a little more prepared. There were many older adults there that were probably to scare to leave their rooms in that darkness and risk a fall. There were no emergency lights or anything lighted up on the hallways

Good value. Clean. Lots of bunnies out front that families will enjoy. Enjoyed the stay. The walls aren't well sound proofed though. You can hear a decent amount though the walls if you have noisy nieghbors
