Sandman Signature Langley Hotel

We were there for a wedding arrived at 1.30 and had to wait for a room to be ready, which happens sometimes, but the lobby had about 15 people waiting already, we thought they would slowly give rooms to guests as they became ready as it usually happens but everyone has to keep waiting, we went back to ask at 2.45 for the room and they said they wouldn’t release any of the rooms until 3PM… and they did, at about 3 they gave about 10 rooms so they had been ready before they just decided to make people wait.. I’ve never heard of such an absurd thing, no care for cuatomer service. Lobby staff were not at all accommodating, didn’t even offer water for guests sitting there waiting and we’re not polite, we had paid a bit extra for this hotel as it had a pool, but the pool was cold and very small so our small child didn’t use it, so not recommend for smaller kids, and it’s definitely not worth the money

Great for kids. The pool is a bit chilly but the hottub is closeby.

Everything is great except the kids that run down the hallways. Somewhat noisy but other than that, it’s a great place to stay

They were kids playing hockey in the hotel all day and night long and the hotel doesn't do anything and they don't care. Pillow was a lot to tick and they didn't have any thiner one. Not a good hotel for business trip.

Loved this place on the side of the Hiway, there are a lot of food options in the area. Nice pool & spa for the kids & ourselves. Laundry was in our little suite we loved it. Great coffee in the AM too

We liked it was beside Dead Frog Brewery thats thebonly reason we stayed there. Very disappointing in cleanliness a tow nail on the shelf as you come out of the elevator. Chip crumbs in the hallway floor. At about 2 am kids running in the hall with their drunk parents. I let the front desk know all they say is Oh. Very disappointed probably will not return.

Normally, i dont leave reviews like this. The staff was great, but the hotel itself was very disappointing. Everything was dirty or broken: the lamp, the bathroom floor had dirty footprints, the walls, bedding and shower curtains were all disgusting. The bath tub was unclean. I had to clean and sanitize everything because i couldn't trust when it was last cleaned. Also, room service really just meant take out from the attachsd restaurant that had subpar but expensive ($40 for 2 kids meals) food that costed more to be delivered to the room. The furniture was terrible, too. The couch sunk in when you sat down and the bed was so bad that I had back pain the first 5 hours of the day. I wish I'd went to a motel but i paid over $200 (for a $300 room) for my daughters birthday so she could be pampered and have her first room service experience. Very disappointed and I just want my money back.

The only complaint I would have is that the welcoming party...(Front Desk)2 clerks were a little preoccupied with giving one family.. tourist information then help check in people until I finally said Am I in the right area or am I in tourist info booth...resulting in one finally walking over to desk and helping check in. She didnt like that comment and acted like I was asking for the moon. Lady I just rode my motorcycle for 7 hrs through 39 degree weather... Just wanted my room and a shower!!!! Customer service is huge, I just spent 500.00 for two nights and expect a little more respect. Will I return to this hotel.. Nope, you lost me at no hello how are you!!
