Best Western Plus Pitt Meadows Inn & Suites

Good location for us. Close to family we were visiting. Close to stores and restaurants. The only criticism I have is that we were checked in as a family of four but they would only give us three bath towels. Every day we would have to go down to the front desk to ask for a fourth towel.

Was greeted by friendly staff and check in was smooth. There was a hockey team staying as well so it was a bit louder than usual (no fault of the hotel) but my room had the bed at the back with a door I couldn’t which blocked out the noise of the kids in the hallway. Included breakfast was decent, yogurt machine was empty however and the sausages were a bit overcooked but there were plenty of options and everything else was great.

I'd rate our stay as pretty great! The price per night was excellent. The to-go breakfast was generous - I bet it will be really nice when the newly renovated breakfast room re-opens in the future. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room was very clean and updated and the beds were very comfortable too. Additonally, there was excellent parking right out front of the main doors. However, our room's overhead ceiling air vent heating system was very loud (it sounded as though there was a wind storm right inside of our room). Also, we had no view from our room's windows except of a roof on both sides (on the second floor). I would like to try a different room away from the elevator next time if I were to book here again... I did not like the driving entrance access to this hotel, especially on the side road located along the veterinary clinic building (Harris Rd.). Nor did I realize upon booking that there is a liquor store attached to the hotel. I don't think it is a family friendly environment. I felt it was questionable that there are multiple security guards on site. Also the hotel is in a very busy congested area and during rush hour traffic it took us over a half an hour to just drive across the road to get to the Save-On-Foods grocery store around 5pm. Overall in my opinion: it is a professionally upkept nice hotel, including quality staff members. I love Best Western Plus brand. However, this locations' neighbourhood is not ideal.
