The housekeeping staff were friendly, front-desk were a mix. Some were more friendly than others. Our room was not the dirtiest we've stayed at, but it also wasn't clean. There was dried fluid on the headboard, light switch, and the towels were stained. Parking lot did not feel safe at night. We pulled up to the slots closed to the street, and there were a group of people smoking weed there. They all turned and looked at us as we pulled up, so I turned around to find other parking. Our room was large and had lots of space for kids to play. That's one of the only pros. Price was affordable through Expedia. It was an average stay.

We were flying into BC for a family holiday and when we landed we found out that they had cancelled our booking because the hotel had overbooked. How could they do that. Here we are ready to check in on a long weekend and they canceled our booking. It was crazy. Hotels.com was not much help either and it took over two hours to finally get another place which we had to pay way more for. Completely unexpectable

There were a few challenges, asked for a couple things some glasses to drink out of for the room. The card was a challenge. Had to get the keys. We kid on original check in three times. Systems were down for the last month. We couldn’t get the special prices in the restaurant although they advertise the specials. Like the New York steak and AppY hour specials I was disappointed, worst steak ever , undercooked and tough and no seasoning at all
