Comfort Inn Surrey Hotel

I would love to give them a 5 star review The staff working the front at the check in/out counter and the breakfast were amazing, friendly, and did their jobs with a smile on their faces every time we were there... but this is the second time using this hotel for 2 nights/3days and every time the cleaning staff comes in, all they did was make the beds. I understand that I have a toddler and he makes messes with crumbs on the tables they provide in room but nothing was cleaned off, the bathrooms were just picked up the towels, the toilet paper wasn't changed/added a new roll. Again this is twice this happened...

My stay was amazing everything was the way I was expecting it to be. I will definitely recommend my friends and family. The staff was so nice and polite. They help me get signed up for rewards. They the offered me water and my choice of peanuts or chocolate chip cookies. They told me what time breakfast start. The room was clean and it smell good. The water was hot. There was enough towels and toilet tissue in the bathroom. They had and iron and ironing board for my fiancé to use. Which he was happy about. They had a microwave and refrigerator and freezer. The television worked perfect. I like that we was upstairs because we didn’t really have to close the blinds at night. A lot of great restaurants was nearby. We was able to get out and walk around the hotel. It was very clean, with no trash on the ground. I was able to drive over to Vancouver with no problems. We had and amazing time. When we checked out we took pictures by the beautiful Christmas tree. The decoration was gorgeous. The people that we met at the hotel was friendly. I will definitely be coming back and when I am traveling I will make sure to look for a Comfort Inn hotel, so I can us my reward points. Coming the the boarder was easy the line wan’t long going or coming home. The staff at the hotel explain everything to me and where I can find everything at. The person at the front desk his name was Peter I hope they give him and awards for his professional and being respectful. He was very help and answered all

After staying at the property the first night we opened the blinds to bring in more light and noticed dark red spots on one side of the white comforter and dark red stains on the opposite side of the comforter. My husband took photos of the stains. We immediately called housekeeping to have it replaced. The housekeeper arrived in a timely manner, but my family was still very grossed out and won't be booking at this hotel again.

The Comfort Inn was situated close to the Church where we attended a family funeral. It was quiet. The staff were wonderful especially Peter who made you feel at home. The hotel was close to a Tim Hortons and a pub that served excellent food. There was a variety to eat for breakfast. There was also a shopping center a few blocks away.

Very clean, spacious rooms. Tons of parking outside hotel. Convenient and free buffet breakfast. Ideal place for travel with family and kids.

Great for a travelling family- friendly staff- affordable

Very friendly check in staff. Also really appreciated the housekeeping staff. One of the kids lost an AirPod in the bed and didn’t realize it until hours after we had checked out. We called the hotel and they had found it. We were able to pick it up on the way out of town. Very much appreciated. Also, the hot breakfast was nice, with lots of variety.
