My family has a late arrival. Prior to arrival, I had confirmed twice with the hotel that a crib would be in the room when we arrived. At check-in we were told the crib was in the room, but it was not. The check-in process was also slow with staff who did not know what they were doing.

Hotel and rooms are great. Parking was terrible. Had to park in the strip mall. Hoping my vehicle will be there in the morning. The hotel was great. Unfortunately we were in a room by a bunch of parents and kids that were partying. Kids running up and down the halls, knocking on doors and screaming. Not the hotels fault… just people that don’t consider others are there to rest. Beds were comfortable. Everything else was great!

Hotel is clean, and the rooms are nice. Check-in experience was extremely slow. There was a hockey team staying there & the kids were running up at down the hallway at night. Limited parking unless you want to pay $50. Super close to the airport! Very convenient place to stay.

First night fire alarm battery or something was low. The fire alarm went off at 12:30am. Twice. Than again at 1:30am. Twice. Then AGAIN at 2:30am. Twice. And then AGAIN at 3:30am. Then next day it went off at 7AM. So didn’t get a chance to sleep in. My goodness. I was thinking there’s no way it’ll go off again. And I didn’t want to pack up my room because I just unpacked everything. Things for two adults and two children. And I’m 8 months pregnant. Didn’t have the energy. I have complained. It’s been about a week. No one have reached out to me. Offer at least some kind of discount. Apology. Nothing. I’d prob recommend the four points that’s across the street. Anyway. That was my experience. Very stressful.

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay, the hotel staff including room service was brilliant. The property is modern, neat and well maintained. Only suggestion is that Buffet could be little more lavish. The food options were quite less but the self make waffle section is amazing, kids loved that part.

We enjoyed everything about this property. The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was good, and there were multiple restaurants in walking distance. My kids also had fun in the pool.

Very nice hotel and great staff. We asked to be moved to another room with a tub so our toddlers could use it and we were changed rooms quickly. I imagine it was an upgrade since the room was also a bit larger but they didnt charge us. Free shuttle to airport is a bonus. And the gulfstream restaurant makes really good food, would highly recommend it
