Comfort Suites Kelowna

I didn’t like this I asked for early chicken I paid for it I didn’t get it. I asked for a place and they said they’d have one in my room. I didn’t get it. My son was out to bed. I had to go get a playpen.my room smelled so bad of weed my kids were complaining of a head ache had to move rooms to a room that wasn’t what I had wanted. The cleaners didn’t clean my room and didn’t pick the garbage It was awful

Nice waterslide for kids, pool and hot tub

Hotel had bad smell due to renovation, also front desk staff was very rude not welcoming at all , kids jumping up and down on 2nd floor too much noise couldn’t get a sleep

We had a very nice stay with our family. Rooms are very nice and updated! Pool was cold unfortunately and couldn’t take our baby and toddler in it…. Although we were there during construction so we found it a bit loud, could hear people in the hallways and when they walked by.. Overall though great time, excellent breakfast too.

The room was spacious and newly renovated. There was dust on many surfaces in the room. Starting from arrival there is limited parking space because of all the storage containers taking up all the spaces. (There are at least 10) entering the hotel the first thing you see are floor to ceiling tarps for a huge construction process in the entrance. We brought our grandchildren there for 1 night of swimming and fun and every time we went to use the pool there were no pool towels in the pool area. Twice i asked the front desk to bring towels and they only brought out about 4-6 towels while the pool was full of families as it is spring break.. The included breakfast was OK and typical of this franchise. The kids enjoyed the waffles.

We enjoyed Comfort Suites. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. They genuinely asked how our rooms were. They had no problem upgrading our room to a larger suite. Although, #425 was very noisy because of the roof ventalation fan, overall well lit clean suite for a good price. My kids were excited about the waterslide. They said it was the best yet! Contennental Breakfast was good, they ran out of orange juice, and 10 minutes later it was filled 👌. I would stay there again.

On negative was that the walls/floors are thin. Tough sleep as it was a family of elephants above us.

Super nice room, comfortable bed, but it was a bit noisy and from kids running and shouting in hallways and in the room next to us. However, the staff did say they could move us. Staff were helpful and friendly, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

There were renovations going on which didn't bother us at all. Front desk person was very helpful and friendly. I was disappointed in the rooms. You could easily hear people talking in other rooms. The non-rug floor was sticky and had clearly not been cleaned. The pull-out chouce had hairs all over it. The towels and face clothes in the bathroom were stained. Pool qnd hot tub were decent though..kids loved it. Probably wouldn't stay again though tbh
