Great for a family weekend - very clean and comfortable

When we arrived, the staff was very friendly, kind and professional. He made it easy to check in and get to our room. We had family come to visit us, and he allowed us all to use the pool. He even brought a chair for my mother to sit on beside the pool. When I called the front desk to ask for more blankets, he was very quick about bringing them up to the room and asked if there was anything else he could help with. I would definitely stay here again!

There was quite a number of unhoused people hanging around the parking lot, making my children and I feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

Our bathroom had at least 30 long dark hairs all over the floor. The comforter on the bed had a stain. Front desk staff told me the hotel was full and we could not be moved and housekeeping was unavailable. The front desk staff came and swept up some of the hair on the floor and gave us a new comforter. However, when we changed the comforter there was another stain under that as well. On further inspection the bathtub was dirty with more hair and there were several ants in the bathroom. Front staff told me we could have a refund if we checked out right away. It was then 9:30pm at night on a Saturday and we had been driving (myself and family) all day and had nowhere else to go. When I asked Expedia what could be done they told me I could either take a 40$ voucher or check out right away for a refund. I felt that was not right, as we paid almost 200$ for a room that was clearly not cleaned. Expedia said that was all they were willing to do. When I asked to speak with the hotel manager I was told he was not there and he would not call me. When I asked when he would be working next I was told “I don’t know”. I’ve never had such an awful experience with cleanliness and manager. I highly recommend you do not stay here.

The location is on a very bust highway hence noisy. The management is friendly, good folks. The breakfast meets basic needs. Great for families like kids for hockey tournaments or going to Big White for skiing or boarding. Amenities are barebone essential. But good value. We would stay again.

Excellent stay, for sure my family and our pet will stay again next time.

It was clean and new'ish. Convenient if you're with a vehicle or traveling through Kelowna. Not close to the beach or dt though. The area around the property was a bit sketchy. Not a place I would want my family or kids to walk around at night.

This place is a dump...it APPEARS to be clean on the outside, but the staff are rude, the rooms are noisy, no soap in dispenser, letting kids run up and down the hallways and stairwells, couldn't figure out how to add reward points, terrible, very limited breakfast (no wonder it was 'included'), parking lot was a gong show. the list goes on. I would NEVER stay at this place again, nor would I recommend it!
