Family vacation.it’s safe place if you stay with your family.

So happy to have been able to make this last minute reservation as my family was impacted by the WestJet strike and had to drive from Victoria to Calgary. This hotel was a cheerful half way break for the night to rest and regroup for the rest of the drive. We love the balcony!!

This property is tired and in desperate need of an update. They allow people not staying at the hotel to use the pool and it became a pool party. If that’s your thing great but staying here with a family isn’t recommended especially $450 for a tired, noisy hotel.

Handy location for me to visit family members. Located in the lot of a shopping centre, so not the most luxurious property, but very convenient. Rooms very clean and super comfortable bed. Restaurant on site. Perfect for what I needed.

I keep going back to the Capri because of the over-the-top service. The front desk staff makes me feel like family every time.

The service at this hotel is top notch. The hotel may be slightly dated and the standard rooms are small, but the people at the hotels made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. We spent most of our time by the outdoor pool, which made us feel a bit like we were in a resort. We ended up extending our stay for an extra night on a sold out week, but the hotel was able to accommodate us. Everyone from the front desk staff to the servers at the restaurant (and poolside) and even the house keeping and maintenance team were so kind and understanding. My family and I will definitely be staying here again.

My kids and I loved staying here. Was so nice and clean. Will definitely stay there again if I can find a discount!

It was more or a less a comfortable stay near the completion of week long family vacation. However, I see the Sofa bed we were given was a bad option (even though, it was my mistake to not notice it while booking the room). The mattress was so hard to sleep on that my knees and back were hurting by the morning. I don't understand why a property with such a huge facility and everything else in place failed to provide Microwave in each room where smallest of the motels are providing it now a days. We had to sort of line up somewhere in the lobby to warm up some late night food for our children. The room wasn't big enough for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). I suggest not to put them as available options for guests with headcount as ours It makes you walk and stand on each other as there not much space to pace around. Also, do something to inform your other guest to close the curtains when they want to get intimate, particularly when you accept children and toddlers as guests at the property.

The toilet seat in our room was damaged. We paid extra for a poolside room for our grandkids and the gate was screwed shut so you actually did not have pool access. Definitely overcharged for the experience.

The liquor permit is terrible. Long weekend and last call was at 9:30 on a Friday. No drinks at the pool. Are you kidding me? Sat in the lounge on Saturday and listened to the bartender talk about how he had smoked a joint before work and the staff mock different people who had asked for certain amenities.
