Four Points by Sheraton Kelowna Airport

There were questionable toys left in our room when we showed up, I booked this hotel for the slide at the pool for my child and the front desk told us the slide hasn’t been open for a year. Also when asked about hooking up my sons PlayStation to the tv we were told new tvs are in the budget for next year. Nothing was done for the unsatisfactory stay of 250$

Property still charged the one night fee on two night booking for us not showing up in the middle of the fires. I needed to seek alternative accommodation outside of the evacuation zones to keep my kids and I safe and they still charged us $300 for a cancellation fee. Government had declared state of emergency and an order for no tourists to come into the area as the rooms were needed for emergency services and fire fighters in the area only. As a single parent trying to manage excess costs of fleeing out of a fire area this was incredibly difficult and will not support this chain.

Stay one night with family. Room is spacious and comfortable. Plenty of free parking. The hotel is close to food centers,just across the street. It's so convenient.

Travelled with family with young adult kids and a senior. Very pleasant hotel front desk staff, room is clean,nice cozy patio at night. We celebrated my daughters 20th bday at Gulfstream Restaurant,and she loved the complimentary bday cake, yummy carrot cake they served,hotel servers are very pleasant. The next evening, I asked for a candle for my daughter's bday cake I bought from nearby Nester's, one of the Gulfstream staff gave it to me rightaway..We had desserts at the patio at night with fire table lit on, nice view of overlooking mountains. We love the free coffee in the lobby. Very quiet at night. We did not rented a car, we used UBER rides to go around, just limited availability of bigger uber cars to fit a group of 5. This place is walking distance from the airport, Shuttle was available anytime. Overall,it was an awesome place to stay,will definitely come back in the future travels.

Great hotel with convenient amenities. We stayed as a family of three. Pool was just the right size for kiddo. Lots of dining options next to hotel, including a.m. coffee. Bed was comfortable but the sofabed was not, unfortunately. Loved the outdoor patio area. Location is close to everything- 15 mins to downtown & waterfront.

The hotel and the rooms are beautiful, everything was clean and tidy. The front desk staff weren’t the friendliest (maybe because we had 2 toddlers) but got us checked in and out. We did room service for breakfast, so pricy and not worth it. You would get a better breakfast going through the A&W drive thru across the street. The pool was clean and perfect temperature, waterslide was shut down but didn’t bother us. Overall it was an okay stay.

The cost was high given what we were provided with. The layout of the room was poor with the bathroom being in the master so when the kids get up, it wakes the adults trying to sleep in as well. Very little storage space for clothes. Small space for a family. Looked much nicer and larger online.

We chose this hotel for proximity to the airport and university but also for my younger child who wanted to go on the water slide at the pool. The slide was closed and the pool was dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been shocked in days and there was a dark film around the inside edge of the pool

Their were stains on curtains and carpet. Their were kids running around upstairs above us, finally had to call front desk to ask them to handle it, the women said sorry and hung up, no ill deal with it, or ill call them, just hung up. Hard to imagine anything gets handled if thats what you get on the phone.
