Days Inn by Wyndham 100 Mile House

Made a booking on this site. My mastercard was approved for total cost of room. I asked 3 times the person booking site - to make sure room was booked and that my family from south could just get key and stay in room. Staff was rude and unprofessional. They said thete was no booked room. Caused a big argueing match with staff.

Good location, excellent service, and cleanliness. We were travelling with a toddler and the room could have been a bit more baby-friendly. Nice breakfast options for the small one.

Cleanest place to stay in 100 mile. We’ve stayed in a couple other places and this is the nicest. Continental breakfast was so so. No dairy free or gluten free options. But the kids enjoyed the cereal and waffles.

Really happy with our stay here. The lobby is clean, the staff were super friendly, and the room itself was super clean. I even let my kids have a bath instead of a shower, because the tub was immaculate. I’ve stayed at other hotels in 100 mile, and this is by far the best. We will absolutely be back!

The room was nice, very well-kept and clean, just very small (a king room). It would have been fine if we were just a couple, but with an infant it just wasn't big enough. Also the corridors aren't fully enclosed- so watch out for mosquitos! The hotel was fairly quiet.

It was an emergency stop for us. I booked online and I made sure it is a pet-friendly room, as I had my puppy with us. I arrived very late, the kids were tired and waited in the car with the puppy as I checked in. Everything was good till I receive a phone call after we checked off to ask if we had a dog, which I confirmed. then the lady tells me that they gave me a regular room (not a pet friendly one) and therefore I have to pay a $500 fine. I tried to explain the whole situation and the fact that I did book a pet-friendly room online and assumed the person at the check desk would have seen it or ask questions about it. But No, she "did me a favour" for teh mistake they made by reducing my fime by half!!!!!!!!!!!
