Best Western Williams Lake Hotel

Upon checkin, we were very disappointed to see that the pool and hot tub were closed. It was the very reason I booked at this hotel. We were informed by the front desk staff that we had been informed by Expedia. We had not been. After getting to our room and opening up the hide-a-bed for my 2 kids we found a dirty fitted sheet on the mattress with rice and candy wrappers/garbage on it. I went to the front desk where I waited for 5 minutes but no one came. I then went back to my room and called with the in-room phone. I was told I could come get some sheets but she wanted to come take pictures first. On checkout I had to request my bill be amended to reflect the experience. The employee was reluctant but gave me $40 off my $410 bill. We won’t be staying here again.

Clean rooms, great place to stay as a family.

Beautiful newer hotel, had been traveling for days and needed to do laundry and was very surprised that it was free. The only concern we had was a team of noisy kids were there running the halls and having ice fights in the stairwell. Employee did try to control them when he caught them but i always wonder where are the parents or coaches??

We stayed at this property because of the pool, as we have 3 children. I was unaware that it was closed due to covid still! Every hotel I've stayed in has it's pool open! I would not have stayed here if i would have known!!!

it's clean and handy for a one night stop whilst travelling highway 97! my kids enjoy the pool
