This one turned out to be our worst stay in years. Management is terrible. Rude and unfriendly. My kids were actually scared to go by the front desk to grab ice or coffee. The lady who checked us in promised a discount of $20 on the room due to some misunderstanding we had during booking but next day, when we were checking out, the other lady, who was actually the property manager, revoked the discount just because the first one didn’t consult with her. Had the worst experience!

On the website, breakfast was advertised as Continental with variety, and in actuality, it was a brown lunch bag with a muffin, apple, yogurt, granola bar and juice, per person. Felt cheap and childish. Was very false advertising and nowhere near what was expected. Very disappointing.

It was a nice stay during the long weekend, comfy beds and pillows, the room is large enough for a couple or couple kids (2 queen beds). The place is pet friendly and the staff was great towards our dog. Nice to-go breakfast (yogurt, granola bar, juice and apple), and we could help ourselves with the coffee machine that had many options (hot chocolate, latte macchiato etc). Overall a great find for the price. 30 min drive to Waterton park. Many food/dining options in the area (Boston pizza, a&w, groceries stores).

I did not have option for a bathtub, although we stated we had x2 children; we are put on 2nd floor, where our children will jump, walk run, so we had noise complaints and an angry neighbor below us whom intentionally made our stay uncomfortable. We did notify front desk about situation, were informed that we may be called back? We never were called back, assuming the problem was resolved??

It was our second time to stay here. We enjoyed it the first time around which is why we came back. It is accessible to the places we wanted to visit e.g. Waterton park, Lethbridge. The staff are very friendly. Parking is great. The room is spacious. The free breakfast is good. I love their coffee machine by the lobby! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back if my family and I are returning here.

Was comfortable with my family, cleanliness gets a generous 5 out of 10 due to stains on bed sheets and human/pet hair on floor. Staff was friendly and helpful.
