Place is kind of run down. Old individual 4 plexus. We had to go up and down stairs which we could, but others may need to request ground floor. Only resturant for breakfast and coffee that did not open very early. Next to a play ground for kids.

It’s a cute place for the family. My family and I were lucky to have a balcony facing the mountains. I love that we can bring our dog because they offer pet friendly rooms. The staff were amazing and helpful. I will come back here for sure.

The property is located just in the middle of waterton and everything is in close proximity. You can walk to Cameron falls and there is a park for the kids just across the street. The property is very old and need upgrades and major cleaning. The carpets were so dirty that I didnt even feel like walking on it bare foot. One of the bathroom towel was dirty. Setting up the temperature (hot and cold) was challenging. When I checked out , the front desk employee asked me how was everything and I started telling her about the issues (as written above) she didn't even let me finish and said "have a good day and your receipt will be in your expedia account".

Overall,, great place to stay , very accessible to everything like restaurants, kiddie park, information center, to the lake and many more and staffs are very nice.

Loved the location in town. Rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We were not aware that the pool was not accessible during our stay though and our kids were a little disappointed with that but with so much things to do around town they were occupied with other things.

The property is a great location. However the rooms are small and could use some TLC. Our room had broken blinds and a broken screen door handle. The room itself was clean and had a great size refrigerator. For our family of four our one night stay, the room was sufficient.

The room is average, washroom no shower curtain informed front desk no action provided, the water from the shower it's easily splash to the the washroom floor which it's dangerous for kids and adults for slipping hazards, also TV not working they they note for you to figure out to troubleshoot how their TV can work.
