This was a great suite for a family. We had enough room to relax together and sleep comfortably. We loved the fireplace and the Murphy bed. Easy access to the town and the trails. The staff was friendly.

The location of the hotel and the layout of the loft was great for our family trip. However, I was not impressed with a couple of things. A new AC unit must have been installed because the deck had debris (stucco, insulation etc.). When I called to have them clean it up, the fellow at the front desk seemed really annoyed that I phoned. I also noticed the room wasn’t cleaned that well. The coffee cups all had food bits at the bottom and the coffee machine had an old coffee bag from the previous guests.

Great central location in Waterton within walking distance to everything. Stayed in a loft unit which was perfect for a small family. Bathrooms were awesome & looked new. The a/c was an older unit which did not quite cool the loft space & it was hot when we arrived in town. Nice decor & had all we needed to be comfortable for a brief stay including mini fridge, coffee pot & microwave. Would stay here again if we came to town.

I took my parents and kids here for the weekend as my mom has never been. The room was spacious for the 5 of us, but the loft was a bit hot temperature wise (we were there in early June). It wasn't easy figuring out the temperature setting. Overall, the place was nicely renovated, but some of the mechanicals still seemed a little older.
