Very rustic, no A/C, no TV in the room. The main gathering room is incredible, the views of the lake are second to none. The main room has plenty of seating and lots of board games to play with your family.

little noisy with 3 children and could hear snoring at night other wise everything was great out come the neighbor had a better sleep.
