Great staff, clean, modern rooms, good breakfast. Pool was awesome. My family enjoyed the waterslide! Would be great if they had a fenced in pet area. Some needles found in some of the grassy areas. Overall, excellent though.

Pros: Great location close to the mall/downtown. Rooms are clean and quite large, included breakfast is a nice value add. Cons: Elevators and hallways had dirty towels on the floor, food crumbs and just unclean bits all over. The biggest complaint about this hotel is the pool!! It is very cold! It’s February!! The lady at the front desk was nice enough to try to fix it with maintenance on the phone but even the next morning after she stated they “turned it up” there was no change. Several families in there were also complaining and piling into the tiny hot tub to warm up. We complained about it on our last visit 6 months ago and management stated they would correct for next time and they still haven’t so this will be our last visit to this hotel. There are many other comparable options and the Holiday inn we stayed in last time has a lovely heated pool that doesn’t make our children’s lips blue so that is where we’ll stay next time.

This hotel was clean but it is showing its age. It could use a little refresh. The location is not that close to find food options. I found the neighborhood to be not family friendly.

The first room that was offered to us was smell like cigarette. The staff told us that they usually didn’t change the room. We told her that we have a baby just 1yr old and we cannot stay in the room that smelled cigarette. The staff change it anyways. Another one was on the second day we came so tired and exhausted from our day trip,we went to our room but unfortunately our card was not working, we went down again from 3rd floor to the lobby to tell our concern and the staff just told us that they just reset the card. For me if they need to reset the card they just atleast told us in the morning so that we can get the card in the evening before we go upstairs to our room.

The property is aging rather quickly but our room was very clean and comfortable and I loved that there was a tree outside our window. We were given a room that has the ability to be shared with the room next door (though of course the door was dead bolted) but it was a thin door and the folks on the other side were very loud until 11pm. Breakfast was adequate but I lament all the garbage created by paper plates and plastic cutlery - I hope the hotel thinks about committing more to reducing waste. The front desk staff were fantastic and the breakfast support staff were efficient and polite and professional. A solid hotel. Would be great if you had young kids. The kids seemed to really be enjoying the pool and the breakfast.

A nice, newer hotel. Has a great little pool, and hot tub, with a great slide for the kids. A weight room was nearby as well. Breakfast was OK.... not exceptional. Comfy beds and bedding. Unfortunately we did have to wait until nearly 4 before gaining entry to our room and before bed when it was time to have a shower, we tried but could not get the shower to work. Reported it this morning when we were leaving and was shown a tap kept on the front desk and how to USE IT. That would have been helpful when we took the room!!!!! Not after the fact. I am quite sure that a lot more than us have the same issue if they keep one on the desk to show how to use them!! Would be nice to see a note in the room explaining it

We tried to check in at 3:30 there were multiple people sitting in the lobby waiting for rooms, I stood in line for at least 30 minutes behind only 2 other people waiting to check in to be told that our room was not ready at what is now 4:00. We were there for a family wedding, our family gathered in the kitchen area for approximately 45 minutes before someone finally got a room, then we all had to gather in one room before we all got rooms. I never did get a call about the room being ready, I had to call the front desk myself to see if the room was ready yet at 5:30 and by then was late for our dinner. Overall not the best experience

The staff at the hotel were wonderful, welcoming and friendly. During our entire stay the hot tub was out of service which was very disappointing. I did see a small team continually working on the issue so it seemed that they were trying to address the issue. The pool deck was dirty and there were leaves and styrofoam floating in the pool at odd times. I did see the staff addressing this issue on the second day. The pillows and bed were very soft. This will be great for some guests just not for me. The room was pretty clean but there was a significant amount of built up dirt in the corner where the tub met the floor. As mentioned all of the staff was very friendly and accommodating and did seem to take concerns seriously. The gentleman running the breakfast was amazing and so friendly and the breakfast was worth the stay. There was a wonderful variety and amount of food available and the coolest pancake making machine which the kids loved.
