Overall excellent stay. Was a Saturday night so lots of kids using the pool and was noisy, but when the pool closed it got quiet and was fine. Excellent Italian restaurant on the premise.

It was very noisy with the pool, kids running through the halls, and lots of neighbour noises. Definitely not soundproof at all. The room and bed were very comfortable, but I should have brought earplugs.

Fantastic customer service Very clean Comfortable Beautiful atmosphere Great location My only one complaint is the pool is freezing cold and we didn’t get to use it much. Unfortunately having kids that would be the reason we find another hotel next time.

A pretty decent hotel that has a comfortable room. We got out of our room late every day, so it was a little difficult to have the room serviced. The atrium is very family friendly. I was a little put off by no free breakfast, but maybe that is just a Canadian thing. Overall, I was happy and would stay there again.

Asked for a quiet room and was not disappointed (back of property overlooking parking lot) - heard a few guests arriving later but otherwise very quiet. Friendly efficient staff. Easy walk one direction to downtown restaurants and bars (lots of really good options but also many homeless which might be an issue for some) and easy access to the ravine trails from the rear of the property. Only negative: beds in my room were not very comfortable - mattresses had lost most of their support (very heavy guests? kids jumping on the bed? or probably just past their prime).

Tropical plants in courtyard beautiful. Far overpriced. hot tub not working. Have to pay for breakfast now $12/person (used to be included in stay). Pool very cold, family was shivering trying to swim in it. Shower flooded bathroom and hallway floor. Bedroom lights did not work. Trash inside bed sheets from previous occupant. Front desk personnel did not care about our issues because we booked through Expedia

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. It is evident that a lot of effort is put into keeping the solarium manicured. My 6 year old daughter loved the facilities, I had to drag her out of the pool. Considering there is a pool in the middle of the hotel, it was very quiet after 10pm. We ate at the on-site Italian Table restaurant multiple times. The kid's menu was affordable and my daughter said it's the best sauce she has had. Which is slightly insulting to me, but oh well! Anyways, we will definitely be back!

Nice looking property, but noisy overall based on our room location. We were placed on the 2nd floor overlooking the walkway to the pool (by the restaurant) and right outside the elevator for our floor. It way loud from both sides of our room because of this! One side had kids running around and squealing easily until 11pm (even though pool closed at 10pm) and the other side resembled a loud blood pressure cuff inflating any time the elevator was engaged . The bathroom was very small & only had a frosted glass pocket door, so not much in the way of privacy! No fan in the bathroom too, which lead to the entire bathroom space to be filled with steam post shower & again afforded no privacy when using the bathroom due to there not really being a door to shut. For our $200/stay...honestly, not what I was expecting.
