Coast Lethbridge Hotel & Conference Centre

We stayed for 3 nights it was okay but when we left to go do our stuff with the family we put the clean the room sign on the door they came in made the bed empty the garage put new coffee and stuff in but didn’t clean the toilet or put new coffee cups or anything like that didn’t empty the ice pail no drinking glasses the hotel definitely needs to be up graded for sure like don’t get me wrong the staff is friendly. The fireside bar and grill is amazing great food great atmosphere great staff.

Really great hotel. Best price in town. Close to the Japanese gardens. The pool wasn’t so warm walking in, but after a dunk, both kids were happy. Rooms were spacious and beds comfy. They had a simple coffee maker in the room and a mini fridge. No breakfast included, but I would definitely recommend the restaurant that is attached to the hotel. You will need a reservation if going on a Saturday night as the place got really busy. But food was excellent (service was a little slow).

We were there for 2 days visiting family. First day went fine. Second day we were locked out of the room bc it seems the only have us a one day key. We then had to wait 25 minutes in line to get a new key, then we get into our room and room cleaning left a note that they couldn’t change the sheets bc we had clothes on it, which is fair, but but they also didn’t do any other cleaning. I tried to call downstairs for them to clean, and for new supplies, and the phone didn’t work so I had to go to the front desk to get my own towels, coffee cups and garbage bags. We basically had to waste an hour of our trip dealing with these inconveniences..

Parking can be a challenge on weekend evenings when Cassino is busy. Other than that it is convenient and clean. The restaurant has excellent food but is a little expensive for a family!

The hotel looks big and lots of parking available outside. The check-in process seems a bit fishy as the staff would take down your credit card information including cvc number and saved in their system without asking for consent then they hand you back your credit card to swipe and enter your pin for damage deposit. Unsure why they would need to save your credit card. The staff didnt seem too hapy there especially the morning staff when checking out. The clientele they served seems to be non-family friendly. We almost got ran over right outside the main door by a big truck who seems to be upset about something in the hotel and ran into hotel. The couple next door were drunk walking around with a cigarette in their mouth stumbling in and out their room. Would not recommend this hotel with small children.

Great for families. We never had to leave the hotel after a long drive

Clean, quiet, spacious rooms with a wonderful restaurant attached! Great for couples or families!

Room was nice and big for a family

The staff was accommodating and the restaraunt was casual fine dining at the high end of fine dining. We felt welcome as a family of 6 and the staff insured we felt at home

My kids were disappointed in the pool they said there were bugs all on the deck and floating in the pool the one thing we wanted for our stay was the pool
