Came with my child for a tournament. Staff were meh. One lady in particular was very rude when it came to the kids in the pool. Rooms are dated. As is the lobby. Great restaurant across the street.

I stayed at the quality Inn & Suites for one night on Sept 2 to the 3rd. The Air Condition in the room was not working. The morning of Sept 3rd, the hot water tank was not working in the whole hotel and was forced to shower cold water for church. My whole family of 8 had a terrible experience, and you think they could have offered some type of a discount due to this but nothing was done. we paid $169 per night and it was definitely not worth the money. Will not recommend this place.

We were not foodies nor given any discount or warning that their pool and waterslide were not available. It was the main reason we chose that property to stay at. My kids were disappointed, and I was as well. The night staff was not overly helpful, and were more put off when asked for assistance.

The Hotel was nice with the pool for the grandkids, Hot breakfast. Then we need a place to stay extra two days because of the weather they were very accommodating!

Don't stay at this hotel. The other guests were out of control, visiting, drinking in the halls and letting their children run up and down the halls, knocking on our doors and running away. We made 3 calls to the front desk and nothing was done. It made for a terrible night. Could hear the people above us stomping. Walls were very thin. The continental breakfast ran out of food, so had to leave to get breakfast. After a terrible night, we were not offer a discount or refund. When we complained we were not offered another room on a quieter floor or away from the terrible guest.

At 2:00 in the morning, kids were running up and down hallways knocking on doors and being very noisy. Tried calling front desk to complain and couldn’t reach anyone. No apologies, no compensation for horrible night spent.
