Great place to stay with family!

The rooms were clean, the pool was so fun for the kids and clean. And the staff were always accommodating and friendly

Clean and family friendly. Great location and pool was perfect for kids.

Didn’t eat at restaurant because when we walked through hotel the entrance said no children. Realized in morning the inside entrance led to lounge. Confusion.

place is good. however the room was abit dirty. the counter was not really cleaned well. there was drink cup stains. pool ran out of towels and only was given a few at a time so other families grabbed it. it was a busy weekend and they should hv had enough towels. barney pub was a great place to eat though. they hv 3 sleections for kids menu. need to go back to try the beer wall. over it was above average. not bad

The only thing that was bad was the kids running up and down the hallways all day and night , no parent supervision

Great place to stay for family vacation. Pool with slides were amazing. Staffs were friendly. Great breakfast and the servers were very friendly. Thank you for your hospitality.

My check in did not go smoothly- the Front desk person did not seem to know how to do my check in- there was another clerk who finally stepped in to get my stay processed. They manually charged my credit card as the machine was not working. I still have a hold on it. The hotel was INCREDIBLY loud all night both inside and out- it made for a very disruptive sleep with people either partying in hall or down by the main entrance, or at 5:45 am yelling at their child in the hall. I asked for an extra late checkout so I could go grab a quick sleep on a work break, but they would not give me one without a charge. There was a homeless person standing right beside me in the lobby during my entire check in process, who they ignored for at least 10 minutes before finally asking him if they could assist him in some way. Usually I have had a good experience staying at this hotel, as I stay most years during the August long weekend for a annual work trip, so this was a disappointing outcome.

Great place to stay with a little kid. Breakfast was really good. We will be back~~

Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. The only improvement is my kids would like a waffle maker added.
