We booked the king suite. It was huge, we were comfortable, family of 5. Highly recommended

Happy about the plugins for vehicles in the cold weather. Not happy about all the kids running up and down the hallways for hours. Very noisy and irritating.

The waterslide was a really fun feature for our family, as well as the continental HOT breakfast! Such good bonus value for your money, the cost was very reasonable.

In town for a soccer tournament. The property was nice staff friendly. Ice machines weren’t working and we were upgraded to a queen suite due to contract workers extending their stay at the last minute. Room turned out to be a queen bed and a pullout from the couch down from the 2 queen room we asked for and not a good layout. Not good for a kid trying to get a good rest for a game at 830 in the morning after playing a game till midnight. Layout of the room was poor and the tv was supper small which could really only be watched properly if sitting on the couch. Wouldn’t ask for this room again

Awesome spacious room, comfy bed, pillow firmness options, good heat/cool temperature control of room, breakfast was super, kids loved the pool and waterslide, reasonable rates. Some items were forgotten in 2 of the 4 rooms our family stayed in, the front desk staff was super at resolving this issue!! I would highly recommend the Canalta!

The hotel has ample parking, even with the hotel basically fully-booked (dance competition happening, as well as other events through the city). The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, with hot options such as scrambled eggs and bacon (or sausage depending on day) available and you can make your own waffles. The main pool needs a cleaning as it is stained and some patrons have made designs in the discoloration. The hot tub was clean. We still swam in the main pool regardless of this and our children enjoyed the slide. We stayed on the top floor and it seemed quite bright in the room all through the night which was a little hard to sleep through. Even with so many guests, it was quiet. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if required.

Lovely to have a hotel room for our family of 5. The 3 double beds were perfect.
