The street traffic was noisy, and unfortunately there were noisy guests near by... screaming children. In a very convenient location for us.. we love Caesars Restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff were friendly and the suite was very big and fit our family of five very well. However the decor and furnishings are very dated , the sofa bed was very dirty, the underside of the sofa bed cushions were stained badly, the kitchen faucet was barely attached and the bathroom was so small that it was hard to close the door without your legs touching the toilet. I would not stay here again unless they address some of these issues.

3 Star Hotel, quite a wait to check in and they messed up my hotel reservation with another family member. The included breakfast is meh… But there are fridges and microwave and keurig

I finally decided to spend the first night of my reservation at Banff. Prior to leaving for Banff (it was before check-in time and my room was not ready), I stopped by the hotel to tell them that I would not spent the first night (but paid for it, did not ask for anything), left my CC number so they could check me in once the room was ready, which they assured me they would. The next day, once I got back from Banff, they had cancelled my reservation at gave my room to someone else. What a chance, only one room was left at the hotel. They told me they would tell to manager to contact me and make up for it. Nobody did. The next day, I stopped by the counter to ask what had happened and they had no idea... They told me they would look. They did not. I barely used the room (2 beds - only used one; did not used the living room or the kitchen). The cleaning person did not empty the garbage (for the whole stay) nor did they cleaned the coffee cups. The wardrobe door felt on me and they did not fixed it. Overall, a pretty bad customer experience. Room was pretty big though. Bed was confortable. Perfect for a family.

It was a beautiful facility to my liking and taate. I was on the 7th floor and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere provided by the Coast. You guys truly provide a facility that is not only economical but friendly and inviting. I would promote your hotel to all my friends and family in a heart beat!

Great 2 bedroom with kitchen for our family at great price. Only negatives was the people above moving their chairs on the tile floor was so loud when we were sleeping - need some plastic chair leg covers to fix. Also, we arrived later and all onsite parking was taken so had to park offsite for the same price.

The hotel is in the downtown business area of Calgary. Close to beautiful river area. Ten minutes walk to public transit and airport bus nr 300. Very spacious two bedrooms suite with kitchen and sitting room. We’re so happy to spend our four days vacation there. My only suggestion is the breakfast hours can be extended to 9:30 am instead of 9 am is a little rush for family guests.

Great location with free breakfast! Easy walking to restaurants, shops, parks..It must have been apartments before before rooms are huge. We had a 1 bedroom with bathroom, eat in kitchen and large family room. Coffee and tea offered all day, easy check in/out, friendly staff.

4 out of 5 stars

We booked a two bedroom suite for two nights for our family of four (2 adults, an 8 year old, and a 9 month old). Check in was quick, and the front desk staff was very friendly. The desk is right by the front door, so the area feels a little cramped. The elevators are TINY. It was a squeeze for all of us to fit in one go, even carrying the baby. Signage was very clear, and it was easy to find our room (401). We had 1 room with a queen, 1 with a king, and a queen sized sofa pull out. The queen bedroom didn’t have AC, but there was a fan in the closet. The AC unit in the king bedroom was very dirty, which wasn’t immediately evident; I noticed our first night when I had an asthma attack, so we ran it during the next day when we were out, and turned it off for sleep. The other AC unit in the living room had no issues. Our kiddo thought the pullout sofa bed was so fancy, and he had no issues sleeping on it, but it needs to be replaced; the mattress is awful, and it’s not even comfortable to sit on as a couch. The other two beds were very comfortable; Linens were clean, pillows were comfy. The bathroom was minuscule. It would only fit one person at a time. If you were sitting on the toilet, the door wouldn’t open or close. It was very clean though, and we had plenty of towels. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Dishwasher needs a good clean. Checkout was easy, parking was expensive. For the cost, I would stay again, but there is room for improvement.

2 separate bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed was excellent for our family of 4. The only downfall is the bathroom, it’s quite small and slightly difficult to move around
