Four Points by Sheraton Calgary Airport

Can hear the people on the hallway and cry of a child next door.

Housekeeping was horrible called to get face cloth and coffee and nothing. Weekend lots of underage kids in pool area no control by staff. One elevator only working. Next year I will stay at the element and get a suite for same price.

Beds not very comfortable make sure there is no hockey tournaments going on as guests were drinking in hallways and kids playing in and out of hallways elevators. Not sure I would stay there again.

Unfortunately the pool was unavailable but the staff were courteous and respectful, food options were limited the food offered was really good. Even though there was a junior hockey tournament being hosted and the halls were full of kids it was a pleasant stay

King junior suite seemed too sparse lacking a homely touch and decor for a king executive suite. It felt cold and almost like an industrialized office living/working environment in my honest opinion. Too bad really because the separate bedroom and ensuite met with my expectations and were very comfortable indeed.

Not booking here again. Phone was dead and no one was available to repair it. Teenage kids (at least 8 of them) were running around/fooling around in the underground garage. We reported to the front desk but when we checked later, the kids were still there. There is no security personnel in this property. It does not appear to be a safe hotel. Lots of other hotels in this area so better to book elsewhere.

When our family was about to go to sleep, we discovered dark patches underneath the bedsheet. To our surprise, when we lifted the bedsheet, it turned out to be dried blood. I called the attendant to change a new bedsheets. He said he is the only one on duty and can only change a new sheets when other staff come to work. It's already 2 o'clock in the morning when he finishes changing the sheets. We complained about this to the manager and requested compensation, but we have not received any response up to this point.

I’ve stayed multiple times at this hotel. This visit had to be the worse. Customer service is inconsistent between employees. Some being exceptional (few) and others being horrible. Cleanliness has declined as well. They’re doing cut backs on spending and don’t even offer coffee to guests in lobby in any longer. Daytime staff and management are the worst. Evening staff is superior. This trip was extremely noisy with young kids and teenagers. Hard to sleep. There’s a ton of hotels in the area, choose differently than this one.

We had booked two rooms as we had family from out of province with us , when we checked in they gave us our keys and we went to our rooms. Our rooms were opposite ends of each other . When myself and my husband went to our room we noticed we had an adjoining room and I said to my husband I was surprised they had not put our adjoining family next to us. Then from the time we got to our room around 4pm until after 11 pm the first night we had nothing but noise from another room they were yelling and screaming and crying we called down to front desk to ask them to change rooms and they told us they had no rooms available then said they had a dual queen available (we had a King) and it was going to cost us more money!! Then they sent someone up to hear the noise and they couldn’t figure out where it was coming from ( they still wouldn’t move us ) and told us there was no one staying on either side of us. The next morning it started again at 7:30 am . And again that night and we had to call the front desk again . They sent someone up to hear and they left with an apology. But we had to stay in our room like that . Not to mention the second room my family stayed in the mattress was hanging off of the bed due to the mattress being to big for the frame.when they arrived in their room. We were not offered anything for the terrible stay . Will not stay or refer anyone to stay here ever.

This is our second time staying here and it’s been really nice. Only thing that didn’t give them a 5 star was because there swimming pool was under maintenance. My kids was looking forward to there swimming pool like last time. We didn’t get to do it this time around.
