I dont know who made mistake of its from the hotel or from expedia web ,i was searching more then 2 hours ro get a reasonable hotel and swiming pool number one on the list for my boys 6 and 12 years and we come for.check in gentleman was nice but he said pool.close for maintenance, my kids were shocked? Seriously?? Why u didn’t put that on the website before we paid and its not refundable thats not fair

Stayed 3 nights. First two were uneventful but the final night we had kids one floor above running around until after midnight. Front desks solution - next time get a room on the top floor. Our final morning we had an early flight and wanted to use the breakfast service at 6:30 sharp when it opened. We arrived at 6:30 only to be advised the staff member had slept in and the food wouldn't be ready until about 7:00. Front desk response (as they were eating their own breakfast while working the desk) sorry can't do anything about it. What started out well really went downhill in the final 1/2 day of our stay.

Room faced onto pool with no outside window. Pool area very loud and had to call desk as it was past 10:00 and families were still in pool. Unable to sleep. However, staff were very friendly and breakfast was good.

In pictures looks nice hotel but when we checked in and check the rooms so dirty beds are smelling washroom are dirty too. Like all room looks so dirty. I will never stay in this hotel again and please don’t bring your family here if you love your family. This is my last day in Calgary and I got this dirty hotel.

My family like the stay. warm we check in and good breakfast in the morning. Staff are very helpfull. They are satisfied for 3 days of staying in the hotel. We will deffinitly booked again on this hotel.

Great for one night stay. Property doesn’t have bath tubs in the washrooms only standing showers. Don’t recommend if you have kids and need a tub. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom door did not close properly, had to push hard to get it closed, which is loud and disturbing when you are sleeping, especially when a family member in middle of night gets up to use washroom. Hotel appears to be in midst of renovations. Older hotel. Beds are older. Breakfast is standard and good. Stayed in room 115. Overall stay was still good enough and comfortable enough for the amount of time we stayed at hotel with family of 4, and when you are out all day.
