Pool was nice for my kids, nice gym, quiet area that is close to deerfoot so you can easily get where you need.

Nice big hotel in the city. There is a mall next door to grab groceries or a quick bite. Staff were helpful. Perfect for kids as there is a swimming pool.

Tidy room, comfortable bed, reasonable price. Decent, semi industrial location with plenty of dining options nearby. 2 shortcomings: - HVAC system loud and of questionable effectiveness - A very loud family decided to hang out for several hours in corridor outside my room (admittedly not really hotels fault)

I spent one night with my dog, it was really clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and I even received a tennis ball and treats for my dog. It’s close to Safeway and McDonald’s, and an easy 15mins drive to walk around downtown. Big parking lot with ample space. The only thing is that rooms are not super sound proof, when in my room I could hear the baby from next door crying and their tv playing, and a dog barking and whining at the end of the hallway.

Quite frustrating that the hot tub was out of service during the peak time of day when lots of families were using the pool.

-No instructions for the way to Park. Took me 15 min to find the way to park inside. - No instructions on how to get to the hot tub. - No laundry soap, scissors is missing, no chopping board. - Each fan for the air ventilation in each room is noisy, like a vaccum, bunk bed is too high, the rail is removable and not safe. The mattress is too high and my head is touching the ceiling. There are no ladder to climb up the bunk bed and I have to use the rail of the Bunk bed to climb up and the bed was wiggling, I scared I will fell down in the midnight and have to force myself to sleep on the sofa bed. I don't recommend for those who have kids and seniors to stay in this condo. Poor customer service, brought attention to the staff but no one reply or call. One night is almost $850, I expect a cozy and perfect stay but it's totally disappointing for the amt that I am paying. Definitely won't choose this condo next time.

Loved everything but the pool. Arrived late after driving for hours across country and was looking forward to going for a relaxing swim (only reason we chose this location). Pool is open to 11but even at 10:15 there were lots of families and kids (including tiny babies). Kids whipping sponge balls across the pool with their parents….was NOT relaxing and there is no adult only time like other hotels have after 9pm. Also not a fan of the pool access…a full flight of tiled stairs to get to it from the change room…almost slipped leaving. That being said….beds were lovely, staff was lovely, they were extremely accommodating for my mother and assisted with providing a wheel chair to transfer her. Still rate this stay as very good. Just wished I’d had the chance to relax in the pool or hot tub (which was full the entire time with no room)

This is the first time I booked this hotel and I won’t go back again ! 8:00 am I woke up on screaming over 10 kids playing hockey on the whole way with two nets on the third floor for one hour ! None of the hotel staff heard this terrible yelling and screaming with no respect to the guests sleeping! OMG , I had to get out of bed to calm them down ! But doesn’t work ! I called the customer service and complained. I packed up my stuff and left the hotel immediately that was insane! I sated offered me a free breakfast what a joke ! I’m looking for food , I just need to feel comfortable and get some sleep . I checked in at around 9:40 pm and I came back to the hotel at 3:00 am then I had to leave by 10:00 am ! Because of the horrible experience. I had to pay $158 for only 5 hours of stay !
