The online reservation that I made which was suppose to be easier wasn’t. I had to wait with my family and my two dogs to get a room. I was told my booking didn’t have dogs on it and I am sure I put it in. I would love to get a room there again hopefully I am not waiting after a long trip from Fort Saskatchewan.

Booked my family room almost month ago and on the day of reservation they called saying that they dont have the family room that I booked. Im so dissapointed when they said that because i was looking forward to this one so i can give my family a nice and comportable stay during our trip.

Overall good stay. 3 adults, 3 younger children. Had room with 2 queen beds plus additional bedroom with queen bed. Worked out great. Pool was good but might need some updating. Men’s washroom door at pool wouldn’t close or lock. Close to outlet mall with restaurant options & shopping. Costco close by with gas station. Easy access to hiway N/S. Calgary Zoo about 20 min away & easy access to ring road to access Hiway #1 to Banff. Did have fire alarm about 7am one morning, stairwell space heater shorted out. Fire department there really quick. Inconvenient for about an hour or so.

We booked this property not knowing that there was 3 hockey teams and a dance team staying there. So the stay wasn't quiet abd and that cozy. It wasnt the hotels fault that the other guests didnt care or control thier kids. They let us stay and enjoy the pool.

The stay was very noisy, not a very well insulated building , double queen rooms are not as large as most hotels ,pool area needs better ventilation as theres condensation dripping from everywhere above the seated areas for parents , pool bathrooms were gross ,and the doors to the pool bathrooms were bent out of shape so they dont close had to gaurd for my little ones when they needed to change , rust was present all around the waterslide exit

It was very clean and the breakfast was really good. Also, the great customer service was great and all the employees were bright and friendly. It also felt very safe and secure and our kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub.
