Lovely, friendly staff. Nice room with comfy beds. Breakfast staff very friendly and great with kids. A great stay!

Airport shuttle service and hotel staff were excellent. Waterslide at the pool was a big hit with kids. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommended for families staying near the airport.

This is the third time I have stayed at this property, and intend to continue staying here if I am in Calgary. The staff are great, the small on-site restaurant is an absolute gem, and the rooms are clean with great amenities. The beds are comfortable and we especially like the room with the fireplace so we have an added seating area to visit with family travelling with us. In spite of its super close proximity to the airport, we didn't hear any flight noise. Will always stay here in future

The rooms were clean and had lots of space to move around. The bed was very comfortable. There was room to visit in the lobby. The water bottles in the room were complimentary. It is near the airport but the sound of planes did not penetrate the room. the waterslide is attractive for kids. There was food available on the main floor for breakfast and supper, but it was microwave-type and did not taste very good. On the weekend there were a lot of kids playing in the halls, shouting, throwing balls and banging on everybody's door. The pool is smallish and very noisey when kids are in it.

The bed linens were dirty and a used floss pick fell out of the sheets. The lamp shade was broken as well as the heater/fan. I had to unplug it to go to sleep as it was very loud and wouldn't stop running. The curtains were ripped and the shower head needed to be cleaned and soaked in CLR as it was clogged. The pool/waterslide was nice for the kids. Overall I felt like the room was rundown and shabby and a bit dirty.

We appreciated our stay at the hotel as we had a airport layover on our travel. The shuffle was great and efficient. Although, we did not get much sleep because we had children running down the halls, talking loudly, and knocking on doors at midnight and 3am. Although this did not reflect the hotel staff directly, we did call the front desk to notify them and the loudness did not stop. We could tell that the staff was overworked, as they all tried there best, but at some points could not properly form sentences because they where so tired and burnt out. It was a nice hotel, but we did not get much sleep. We would stay there again if we found out that the rooms were made more sound-proof.

Pool is small but perfect for the kids and waterslide is good. My kids loved it. There's not many dining options close to the hotel. So if you don't have a vehicle it would be a long walk.
