Everything is good except after 10:00 pm still have some kids running around the hallway and talk loud , should have quite time after 10:00pm

Excellent family hotel. The pool is open 24/7 so no need to rush your day or evening to try to fit in taking your kids to the pool. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. They by far have the best shampoo, conditioner and body wash I have ever ver seen at a hotel, large size bottles attached you the wall of the shower. Very clean and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Check in and check out was great ! Rooms were big and comfy my kids loved the washer dryer worked well and saved me time by having x2 we didn’t like the food at the lounge that much

The room was very warm. We ended up downgrading and moving rooms, as we had a baby. They offered us two drinks in the lounge for our troubles…while we were with our baby. Won’t stay here again.

Our family came for a little weekend getaway. The hotel was a very convenient location to shopping outlet and other activities we went to. The hotel was clean and roomy. Very convenient to have access to 24 hr pool and gym, could probably use more equipment in the gym. The only downside was at times since the hotel was super busy parking was not always available on site so we had to park on the road.

Beautiful hotel . Clean and nice . But I am not sure if they have quite hours or not. I was on the 4th floor and the floor above me was beyond reasonably loud . Sounded like a bunch (or one) of children running around and jumping off the bed . This noise did not stop until 12:30am ish. ( I never called the front desk so that part may be on me ) I had a very early flight and needed a few zzzzs but didn’t sleep due to the unnecessary noise level

Mostly my fault but our flight was delayed, had issues with luggage, and kids had the flu. Didn’t get a chance to check in at the hotel as I needed help. Asked to reschedule and they wouldn’t even entertain.

Blood stains on sheets and pubic hairs on the toilet seat. Checked in late in the night and didn’t notice till we woke up in the morning. Felt disgusted as we had our little kids with us.
