No fridge or microwave. Real bummer. Room extremely small and very tight parking asked front desk and was told it was management decision. Bad idea specially when you have a baby or medicine that has to be kept cold.

Great value. Very spacious and comfortable room with desk, dresser and a shelf below the TV. Fridge was not plugged in. Took a while to get that going. Got free breakfast for VIP access. When we arrived the restaurant there were only 5 or 6 tables occupied with 3 servers. I was surprised that we and another family were asked to wait 10 minutes for our tables even though there were many tables available. I was thinking that maybe the kitchen can’t handle more than a handful of tables but our food came quickly. Food was ok but the water for our tea was only lukewarm.

The shuttle driver from the airport was polite and provided good conversation on the short drive. The rooms are spacoous, comfortable, and quiet. The restaurant has a nice breakfast selection and is family friendly.

I dont like how the key cards operate the lights.. if i wanna get up early it wakes up the other ppl. If i had kids that would be brutal cuz when they r up than u dont go back to sleep.

The people on floor 3 above us had a kid running till late at night and early (6am) in the morning making sleep nearly impossible. Front staff warned them numerous times and the people beside them also complained. They were kicked out 2 hours before check out. The staff were friendly, how you sneak a kid into a room without staff noticing is strange to me

The hotel is great. We had a very easy check in. The staff has been very helpful. One of the workers went out of his way to bring us a baby crib and set it up in our room and also brought us a kettle when he realized we had a baby and might need boiled water. He was done his shift and still brought it for us. Thank you Eshaan! This hotel is well worth the money you pay. Great price and great location.

Have been here many many times but this last stay - my room wasn’t cleaned for three days in a 4 night stay. The hotel has aged a little over the years but is still clean - noise can carry and sadly it’s not a business hotel as they place young kids and babies on upper floors - real business hotels keep seperate. The restaurant still has breakfast seating issues you can stand for 20mins and it’s not busy - people walk out as the wait is crazy even with a voucher. But it is handy for airport Deerfoot and more and is out of the way of the city bustle. First day of non cleaning I was asked if I really wanted it cleaned - so I said really? - ok - change towels and I gave her old towels for new. Second day I came back from work no one had been in room. I spoke to lady in hallway refreshing coffee and water supplies she came with back with cart of cleaning things I said forget about the bed I am done for the day but took towels etc. Third night no one cleaned room again by the time I got back at 7 or 8 I was offered a coupon for breakfast or a drink which I declined. I would rather they clean the room. The hotel is now managed differently and it seems there’s staff unable to cope or I was somehow off a worksheet - but it doesn’t say much for their changes. Hence the three stars. It doesn’t wreck a trip but it’s more than disappointing. The front desk staff said on day 2 and 3 they would mention to management but no one from management said boo….

I was told my breakfast is complimentary, i had booking for 2 adults and 2 children. All the offered was 2 meals only, kids were counted as individuals. I have never seen this in any hotel. Kids meals are always free along with adults.

Don't let the lack of a breakfast offer deter you from staying here. That means there will not be kids running the halls and kids sport teams staying here. It was quiet and enjoyable to stay and the beds are great. We also enjoyed the walk-in shower.

Situated close enough to the saddle dome, cross iron mall, and my friends; this location suited our needs perfectly. Housekeeping was kind and very efficient. Maintenance staff was polite. Front desk attendants were super helpful, welcoming and very polite. The tub we had in our room was MASSIVE and made my partner and all feel like little kids again with how big and comfortable it was. It was perfect! Only complaints were the air quality was very dry in the rooms (also being zapped by all the door handles) and the AC filter looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a long while. Not much to be done there as most hotels are dry. All in all a very good experience!
