Clean, friendly staff, and a decent breakfast included. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would stay again. No hot tub, but otherwise perfect.

The hockey kids running and screaming in the hallways for 2 days made it a poor experience! The management and staff did nothing to prevent the inconvenience to any of the guests and we heard 10 other guests complaining during breakfast both days. Won’t stay here again

Stayed for 2 nights in a king suite. Clean, spacious, great breakfast options, very easy access off Highway 2, minutes from Calgary. Lots of amenities within walking distance. For those travelling with children, rooms within suites weren't separated by doors. but the blackout curtains work very well.

This property has a lot of good qualities but could improve on a few. I booked a King suite for 3 adults and l child. The temperature difference from the bedroom area to living space varies greatly..with the air conditioning on..freezing in one area too hot in other. Because we had a young child tried to use the pool but it was super cold. The attendant looking after the breakfast area was outstanding hats off to her. Found the sign behind the yogurt interesting stating please do not put in waffle maker...until l actually saw someone do this. Maybe the yogurt bowl could be moved further away from the waffle maker! Overall great value for your money!!

This hotel is always great for a family getaway. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. My child loves swimming in the pool and the popcorn in the evenings. Breakfast is great and the rooms are always clean.

We booked a few nights at the end of our family trip. The hotel was comfortable and quiet (despite the busy location), and within walking distance to amenities. I would happily stay there again. The young lady overseeing the breakfast bar deserves a raise!

Our room wasnt available until juat after 7pm (check is 4pm). They kept telling us "30 min" from 5pm on. Couldnt give us a discount or anything because we had booked through expedia. Around 630 they offered the kids free icecream so that was kind and we just changed them in the public washroom so they could play in the pool while we waited. Rooms were small, but very clean and well kept. The free hot breakfast in the morning was very good.
