Our card wouldn’t open the door, turns out we were given the wrong room and floor so had to go back down to reception and got a completely different room and floor to what we were originally given. We were also told we had late check out at, 12pm, however got a call from reception at 11.20am asking why we hadn’t checked out. The lobby and kids area were extremely cold. I know it is winter but it seemed like the air conditioner was on and was hard to feel comfortable with being cold.

Perfect for kids - we came during school holidays, was so perfect for our 6-year old son. There's a games area, pool, plenty of room in the bathrooms, kids meals in the restaurant, and he got complimentary sorbet. The service was exceptional. We will definitely be back, thank you!

Just disappointed as an IHG member that the breakfast for children with a paying adult is no longer free the room was great and roomy the staff however were not as welcoming or explanatory

We missed the cancellation by 30 minutes due to a family illness. Can't understand that we could not get a refund for the breakfast and parking that we paid for. Very inflexible.
