Crown Metropol Perth

Our reason for choosing this hotel was because we had a seminar in the ballroom the next morning. The room was beautiful, it had a comfortable bed, a large bath tub and a big rain water shower head. Service by the pool lacked as we had to keep trying to waive down a waiter. Mojito was overpriced at $20. The outdoor pool was not heated and was freezing! The indoor heated pool was too hot and was overcrowded with kids. Later that night we realised how much the room was not sound proofed. We could hear other guests walking by the door, our neighbours TV and the trucks loading outside. Overall we were satisfied with the hotel because of its location but we do not believe that the experience lives up to the price point of the room. Hopefully when they open their six star hotel the prices will come down for this hotel.
