Metro Hotel Perth City

Bed was very uncomfortable and old, could really do with updating. Not all windows lock so the windows can be opened all the way, making it dangerous for younger children. Very limited parking including out on the street.

Dirty baby nappy under the bed with food waste and rubbish, shelving coming out of the walls, 1 elevator out of order for years apparently, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, room is dusty, beds have imprints of previous people, staff smile but don’t know what’s going on, we got locked out of our rooms and given another room key when we raised the issue at the foyer counter, was woken up to a fire alarm 4am Sunday morning all guests had no idea what was going on or where to go- hotel staff were outside and keeping to themselves, fireman responded and then left and no one told anything and people slowly went back into the building? We got our bags and checked out, crap experience and disgusting hotel, I would never recommend or stay again only positive was its location in the CBD to be able to walk around.

Staff didn’t understand the need of people disability- Aircon did not work and kept turning off in The middle of summer - open window and no fly screen to an illegal 4 story drop that has a bed next to it no vent in the bathroom ! Don’t stay here and don’t stay with children

Very friendly staff that answered any question I had. Great location in the city. My kids first time in a hotel and they loved it. Unfortunately the changing of signage coincided with our stay but we understand that these things need to happen.
