Staff didn’t understand the need of people disability- Aircon did not work and kept turning off in The middle of summer - open window and no fly screen to an illegal 4 story drop that has a bed next to it no vent in the bathroom ! Don’t stay here and don’t stay with children

Very friendly staff that answered any question I had.
Great location in the city.
My kids first time in a hotel and they loved it.
Unfortunately the changing of signage coincided with our stay but we understand that these things need to happen.
