Ingot Hotel Perth, Ascend Hotel Collection

Was quite disappointed with the fact that the shuttle would not take kids younger than 7 yrs old. We booked this accommodation with part of reason being the free shuttle service to airport.

Clean and new with big rooms, great place to be close to the airport with kids.

Good small hotel with convinience free parking spot. Decent size room for family of 5..

I have to wait 45 minutes at the airport in the freezing cold for the hotel pic up service. Rang at 5.27pm for pickup rand again at 6pm and they finally got there at 6.15pm. Got in car and driver put on radio - channel was talking about monkey pox and talked vividly about gay men and described in great detail about the blisters on there arse holes and child in poorer countries being raped and dieing from it. I asked him to change it as I found it descusting and he said no, to not tell me what to do. Got to hotel and I had already prepaid it all and at this point I was cold tired and angry. Whated my credit card for added cost's, I gave it to them. Then they wanted a $100 bind. Like what you have my credit card. It took another 40 mins waiting for them to show me before I purchased the room that it mentioned this was required. I was so so angry. The girl insinuated I was a lying etc etc In end I was allowed to room. But I was not allowed to go to bar or restaurant or get room service as I refused to pay a $100 bond, BUT REMEMBER they had my credit card to use. This hotel is the worst service I experienced in 49 years Stay away
