Due to property maintenance and booking errors on Westin system not being correct with the itinerary was moved into 4 different rooms before one was suitable and able to be used. because an error with rooms issue with water connection not being connected to bath it took four hours for me and my family to be settled into a room that we could shower and go to dinner. Not impressed with check in and easy access to rooms. The brows are amazing and everything else was fantastic.

For the price they charged, staff service can improve tremendously. Housekeeping placed toilet brush next to our toothbrushes and I have 2 young kids with me. Towel and bedsheets were stained. They compensated with one breakfast and late check out. 5 days after I checked out, Westin charged my card for minibar item when I am not even physically in Perth anymore. Still awaiting their explanation why they charged my card after check out.

When we checked in, the front desk said that the room will be ready in 30 mins so we waited in the lobby with small kids. After 45 mins when I went back, the front desk was very unkind and said it will be ready maybe in 30-45 mins without even apologizing. After 30 mins, when I angrily went back, they had a room ready, well past 3pm. I was there for 90 mins and all other guests seemed to have their room right away. I did not expect to get this treatment in westin.
