Staff were terrible. Nightclub attached to the hotel made it very unsafe for family.

Great staff !! Excellent facilities !! Ideal position to access the hospital (my eldest daughter had a baby in GC Private) Only minor issue was & totally not a complaint at all , the ability to only access the gym facilities during staffed hours , that coincided with visiting hours. All round 10/10 !! Thank you !!

We have stay there before and will stay there again . It’s close to everything including our family and the staff are wonderful .

I always stay at a Mantra when I go to the Gold Coast, I have always loved it. This was the exception. It was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had staying at a Mantra. I called the property well in advance to advise that I required early check-in as my flight arrived at 6:25am. I was told that it could not be guaranteed but a note would be left on my booking. Upon arrival I was made to wait over 5 hours to be able to check into my room. All I wanted to do was shower and sleep. Upon arrival I also asked whether there was a shuttle service to the airport - I was told there was no longer a shuttle service since COVID. I contacted the shuttle service directly to find out and lo and behold! They did in fact pick up and drop off from the property. They say that they are “family friendly” - don’t ask for a plate, a bowl, or any cutlery. They don’t have any. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Mantra. Will never stay here again.

Rooms are very clean, modern, and comfortable. Size is small, but if your just using to rest your head for the evening it works. Amenities are spot on, no pool or balcony in units. Roof top bar is great but not family friendly…
