Atrium Resort

The facilities such as the pools and spas and sauna were fantastic. The location is awesome. However the apartment not so great. Uneven floor boards that stuck up and are hazardous in some spots. The oven was filthy so that made cooking dinner for our family impossible. The closets had so much random crap in them car seats beach buggy boxes of floor boards mis matched and ver few coat hangers. The bathroom draws were full of hair n fluff. The shower was not clean and the shower head needed consistent readjusting. The place mats were all stained n crap the longer was covered in dirt and the living area smelt like urine.

Currently i am undergoing Cancer treatment, and had 1 week off to go away. We stayed in apartment 1E. It was a HEALTH HAZZARD! Broken, mouldy tiles in the bathroom with cockroaches! We paid for a spa room but couldnt use it due to the revolting condition of the bathrooms. The lock on the door was broken (maintenance came to check it but didnt have another lock) bedrooms had no air cond only a fan. Furniture was grubby and my child went to get a blanket out the cupboard that was covered in brown sticky things. This place is not fit for staying in with the bathrooms mouldy and tiles missing. We told reception that $417 a night is really not fair for what we got. I am going to show these photos to relevant people as i believe we were ripped off. I asked for a discount on our stay because it was a health hazzard but told no. If they had any conscience, they would not put an immuno compromised person in a mould and cockroach infested room. We asked to check out but were told we had to pay 3 nights even though we asked after 1 night of stay as thats cancellation policy. DONT STAY HERE!

Absolutely love the view from our balcony the kid's loved the gaming room and the pools just all round we loved.We could have just stayed there beautiful spot and all the theme parks were close so that's a bonus

Loved our recent stay, plenty of room to hang with family, lady running and reception and site was very friendly and helpful... highly recommend.

We loved the view from the 6th floor. Having two bedrooms, an ensuite and kitchen facilities suited our family. The rooftop pool and spa was luxurious. We also made good use of the tennis court. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Pleasant stay, perfectly located between theme parks. Rooms very clean and perfect for family of 4. Cafe below was nice addition and good meals, coffee. We will book here again
